How we clean your wedding dress
Every gown goes through the same careful, hand-led process. Nothing is rushed and nothing is sent away — your dress is cleaned and finished by our own team.
Inspection
We examine the gown closely on arrival — fabric type, beading, lace, embroidery, and any visible or hidden stains (sweat, body oils, food, drink, hemline dirt) are noted before any cleaning begins.
Spot-treatment
Stains are pre-treated individually by hand. The most damaging marks are often invisible at first — clear soda spills, sweat in the bodice, oils along the neckline — so we target them before the full clean.
Gentle clean
The dress is cleaned with delicate-fabric care suited to its construction, protecting beadwork, sequins, lace, and fine silk throughout.
Hand-finishing
We hand-finish and press the gown so it hangs and drapes the way it should, with detailing checked piece by piece.
Optional preservation boxing
If you want to keep the dress for the long term, we package the cleaned gown in acid-free tissue and a sealed acid-free box to prevent yellowing and fabric degradation over decades.
Hotel pickup-and-delivery
For wedding tourists, destination wedding couples, or anyone short on Bangkok time, we collect your dress from your hotel or condo and return it cleaned. The 100 THB flat fee covers:

It's worth it if you plan to keep the dress (heirloom passing to children, museum-quality storage, sentimental archive). Skip it if you plan to sell, donate, or rewear the dress within 2-3 years.
