你们能从我的酒店前台取件吗？
可以——这正是我们多数酒店客人使用服务的方式。您通过 WhatsApp 发送酒店名称和地址，我们确认取件时间。骑手抵达您的酒店前台，由前台交出您的洗衣袋（您可以待在房间或外出游玩，无需等待），24小时后我们把洗净折叠的衣物送回同一前台。大多数曼谷酒店都把这视为标准礼宾服务的一部分，习以为常。
酒店会反对我使用外部洗衣服务吗？
不会。曼谷酒店代客接收第三方递送是标准礼宾服务——与接收 Lazada 包裹、外卖或 Grab 快递一样。部分五星级酒店可能会先委婉推荐自家服务，但不会拒收您的袋子。我们曾为文华东方、半岛、柏悦、悦榕庄、香格里拉等数十家曼谷主要酒店的客人服务——它们都顺利接收我们的取送。

当日加急：中午前下单，下午1点前取件，当晚送回酒店前台（通常为晚上6–9点）。加收100%——因此5公斤的当日单为1,000泰铢，而非500泰铢。即便加价，仍明显低于同等的酒店加急服务。标准24小时交付是最常见的选择，适合住3晚以上的客人。
你们能处理商务衬衫、连衣裙等酒店级衣物吗？
可以。我们能将衬衫、女衫、裤子、连衣裙与正装清洗并蒸汽熨烫至酒店级标准。在洗衣折叠之外加上我们的单独熨烫服务（每公斤100泰铢）效果最佳。丝绸、羊绒、羊毛等精致面料会按合适的轻柔程序、依洗护标签的正确温度清洗。若衣物需要溶剂干洗（有结构的西装、带装饰的晚礼服），我们会诚实建议您交给专门的干洗店。
