Real timeline: book pickup as soon as you check in (online or via WhatsApp to your laundry service). Pickup typically happens within 1-3 hours in central Bangkok zones. Wash, dry, press at our laundry centre takes 4-8 hours overnight. Delivery back to your hotel reception by 7-9 AM the next morning. Window: arrive 6 PM → drop shirts immediately → meeting 9 AM next day. Tight but doable. For evenings of arrival or weekends, allow extra buffer.
Same-day option for last-minute prep
If you arrive too late for next-morning timing (after 8 PM), book same-day express the morning of your meeting. Drop pickup at 8-9 AM, hotel reception receives clean pressed shirts by 5-7 PM the same day. 100% surcharge applies but works for emergency prep. Cost: ~250-300 THB for 5 shirts vs ~125-150 THB standard. Worth it for the peace of mind on important meetings. WhatsApp ahead with the message 'pre-meeting same-day pickup at [hotel name] this morning' — saves time on confirmation.
What to send and what to skip
For a 1-3 day Bangkok business trip, send: every shirt you brought (cleaning even slightly worn shirts before the next day improves how you present). Trousers if humid weather is causing wrinkles. Suit jacket only if visibly wrinkled. Skip: items you packed in a garment bag specifically and that aren't wrinkled (re-pressing slightly relaxes existing creases). Belts (pickup unnecessary).
