What areas of Bangkok do you cover for pickup and delivery?

We cover most of central Bangkok plus the BTS / MRT-connected suburbs. The honest answer is that 'we deliver everywhere' is rarely true for Bangkok laundries — traffic and Bangkok geography make some areas a 90-minute drive even when they're 12 km away. Below are the questions that determine whether we can serve your address within a 24-hour turnaround.

Which Bangkok neighbourhoods do you serve?

Direct same-day pickup zones: Sukhumvit (all sois 1–63), Silom, Sathorn, Asoke, Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Khao San / Banglamphu, Ratchada / Huai Khwang, Pratunam, Rama 9, Phra Khanong, Bang Na, Chatuchak. Next-day pickup zones (we batch-route once daily): On Nut, Bang Chak, Lat Phrao, Bang Sue, Thonburi side near BTS Krung Thonburi / Wongwian Yai, Ari, Saphan Khwai. Outside coverage: Don Mueang area, Bang Kapi east of Lat Phrao Soi 71, Min Buri, Lat Krabang, anything past Bang Na km 26. For uncovered areas, we recommend a partner service or pickup at a nearby covered hotel.

How long does pickup actually take from booking?

Standard slot booking 10am–6pm: pickup within 2–4 hours of confirmation. Express same-day (booking before 11am): pickup within 60 minutes. Late-evening booking (after 7pm): pickup confirmed for 9–11am the next morning. Bangkok rush hour 4–7pm pushes everything later by 30–60 minutes. Songkran (April 13–15) and major Buddhist holidays: book 24h ahead, all slots run late. Monsoon thunderstorms (June–October afternoons): pickups can shift by 30–45 minutes when our riders avoid flooded sois.

What if I'm not home for pickup?

Most Bangkok hotels and condos have a front desk that accepts laundry on your behalf — this is the simplest case. Tell them your name and our service name, leave the bag at reception, and we collect from there. For residences with no front desk, we offer three options: (1) you give a one-time door access code and we pick up unattended (you trust the code); (2) we arrange an exact 15-minute window and you confirm presence by WhatsApp 30 minutes prior; (3) we reschedule to a time you're definitely home. We do not leave laundry outside doors unattended for collection — Bangkok flat corridors get foot traffic.

Do you charge for pickup and delivery?

Yes — flat fee separate from the per-kg laundry rate. Standard areas (Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Khao San, central): 100 THB pickup + free delivery if the order is over 3 kg, 50 THB delivery if under 3 kg. Outer zones (Bang Na, On Nut, Lat Phrao): 150 THB pickup + 100 THB delivery. We waive both fees for orders over 8 kg or for monthly recurring customers. The reason for the fee: a single rider trip costs us about 80 THB in fuel, vehicle maintenance, and time — so on a 2 kg order at 200 THB / kg, we'd actually lose money on the trip without the pickup fee. The fee is honest, not a hidden extra.

Can you pick up from a BTS station?

Yes — we run a 'BTS handoff' option for travellers without a fixed address. You meet our rider at a designated BTS station (Asoke, Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Saphan Taksin) at an agreed time, hand over the laundry bag, and pick up the cleaned bag at the same station 24 hours later. Useful for hostel-hopping backpackers, Airbnb guests changing apartments, and Bangkok day-trippers from Pattaya / Hua Hin. Same per-kg rate, no pickup fee (you've travelled to us), 100 THB BTS-handoff coordination fee.

What happens at delivery?

We arrive at the agreed time window with your bag sealed in protective packaging, your order number and room / unit number visible on the label. The bag is handed to you or your hotel reception. Inside: clothes folded individually, shirts in protective garment film if requested, bedding in separate sealed bags, sneakers in their own bags. There's a paper tally of items taped to the outside ('5 shirts, 2 trousers, 1 dress, 7 underwear, 7 socks'). If you can, inspect on the spot — match the count to the tally. Payment happens at delivery if not pre-paid. The whole exchange takes 2–3 minutes.

What if there's a problem with the delivery?

Flag within 24 hours of delivery. Within the 24-hour window we re-clean any item at no charge, replace lost items per our refund policy, and credit your account for damaged items. Standard issues: missed item (we send a rider to bring it within 4 hours, no charge), wrong garment delivered (we swap on the spot when you contact us), delivery delay over 2 hours (50% pickup-fee refund).
