Cleaning plus preservation adds acid-free tissue wrapping and a sealed archival box designed to last decades — suitable for heirloom storage and passing the dress down. Handling beading, lace, and fragile silk
Embellished and delicate gowns get hand-attention, not bulk processing. Our process: inspect every section for beading, sequins, lace, and any loose threads; pre-treat visible and invisible stains (sweat, food, drink, makeup, hemline soil); clean using the gentlest effective method for the fabric so embellishment threads don't contract and pop; then careful drying and shaping. Heavy beading, sequins, and fragile vintage silk are exactly the work we take most care over — these are the gowns where careless cleaning does irreversible damage, so we slow down and do them by hand.
Turnaround and timing
Standard wedding dress cleaning typically takes 10-21 days depending on embellishment and the level of stain work needed. Add a few days for full preservation packaging. If you're on a destination wedding timeline and flying home soon, tell us at booking — we'll prioritise where we can and, if needed, hold the cleaned and preserved dress securely until your pickup or arrange onward shipping. The most important timing rule: get the dress to us within 30 days of the wedding, before invisible sugar and organic stains set permanently into the fabric.
Pickup and delivery
We collect from your Bangkok hotel reception or condo lobby and deliver the cleaned (or cleaned-and-preserved) dress back to you — or to the airport on your departure day — for a flat 100 THB. The whole cycle is door-to-door: WhatsApp us a photo of the dress, we confirm the price and timeline, our rider collects, we clean and preserve in-house, and we return it when it's ready. Useful for wedding tourists, destination wedding couples, and anyone short on time. Everything is handled by our own team start to finish; nothing is sent out.
