What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits, store your preferences, and measure how the site is used.

How to control cookies
- Cookie banner: the first time you visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your
lsb_cookie_consentcookie or contacting us. - Browser settings: all major browsers let you block or delete cookies in their privacy settings. Disabling all cookies may break parts of our site (notably the booking flow).
- Google Analytics opt-out: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent tracking across all sites.
Other tracking technologies
Beyond cookies, we use:
- Server logs: standard web-server logs record IP address, page requested, and timestamp. Retained 90 days.
- localStorage / sessionStorage: for booking-form autofill and the cookie-consent flag.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when regulations change. Material updates are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top.
