Do you offer AirBnB host laundry service in Bangkok?
Yes — we work with AirBnB hosts, short-term rental managers, and serviced apartment operators across central Bangkok. Same-day turnaround is available for back-to-back bookings, and we offer scheduled weekly or biweekly pickups for hosts with regular turnover. Pricing is 100 THB/kg for everything including bedding, with no minimum order and a flat 100 THB pickup fee per visit. We can also coordinate directly with your cleaner or building staff if you're remote-managing your unit.
How fast can you turn around bedding for a same-day check-in?
If you book the express same-day service before noon, we collect, wash, dry, fold, and return bedding the same evening — perfect for back-to-back AirBnB bookings where check-out and check-in are the same day. Same-day express is 200 THB/kg (100% surcharge on the standard rate). For non-rush turnovers, standard 24-hour turnaround applies at the regular 100 THB/kg.
Can you coordinate with my cleaner or building security?
Yes. Many of our AirBnB host customers are based abroad and we coordinate directly with their on-site cleaner, condo concierge, or building security to collect dirty bedding and drop off clean linens. We document the handover via WhatsApp photo so you have a record from the comfort of wherever you are. This is a standard arrangement for Bangkok-based rental units owned by overseas investors.
Do you have host pricing or volume discounts?
Our base pricing of 100 THB/kg is already among the most competitive in Bangkok for premium pickup-and-delivery service with individual-load washing. For hosts running 3+ units or 30+ kg per week, we offer scheduled-route pricing that reduces the effective per-kg cost. Send us a WhatsApp message with your unit count and weekly volume estimate and we'll quote a rate that fits your operation.
What if guest stains or damages bedding?
We'll attempt stain removal first using targeted treatment before the main wash. Most common AirBnB-specific stains (food, makeup, light blood) come out completely. If a sheet or duvet cover is damaged beyond cleaning, we WhatsApp you a photo and your options before doing anything irreversible. We never bin or replace items without confirming with you first. Replacement linens are easy to source in Bangkok if needed.
Which areas do you cover for AirBnB host pickups?
All our standard service areas: Sukhumvit (Nana to Ekkamai), Silom, Sathorn, Asoke, Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Pratunam, Rama 9, Huai Khwang, and most adjacent neighborhoods on a scheduled-route basis (Ari, Lat Phrao, Lumpini, Ratchadamri). If your unit is in central Bangkok, there's a strong chance we already serve your building.
