What if my flight changes and I'll be gone before delivery?

Three options: (1) Reschedule delivery to BTS or airport — we coordinate handoff at any major BTS station (Asoke, Phrom Phong, Sukhumvit) or airport coffee shop. Cost: 100 THB BTS or 200 THB airport coordination fee. (2) Cancel the order — if we haven't started processing yet, full refund minus 100 THB pickup fee. (3) Keep the order, ship the clean laundry to your home address — international shipping starts ~600 THB to most countries via DHL. We've shipped tourist laundry to Australia, USA, UK, Singapore. Most tourists choose option 1.

Then everything's fine — we deliver as planned. Some tourists actually use the delay as an opportunity to send another batch of laundry. If your delivery was scheduled for tonight and your flight shifted to tomorrow, the delivery still works perfectly. Just make sure your hotel reception will accept on your behalf (most do automatically).

Tell us before checkout — we redirect to BTS or airport. If you've already checked out and laundry is at the hotel reception: contact us immediately, we send a rider to retrieve and meet you wherever you are (hotel accepts return for redirection). Cost for this: 200-300 THB depending on distance. The clean laundry isn't 'lost' — it just needs re-routing. We handle this 1-2 times per week and it works.

Yes — we offer international shipping for tourist laundry that can't be delivered in Bangkok before flight. Standard route: clean folded laundry, sealed in protective packaging, shipped via DHL or FedEx to your home address. Cost varies by weight and country: 600-1500 THB to most countries (USA, EU, UK, Australia), 400-700 THB to nearby Asian countries. Transit time 5-15 days. Some tourists prefer this for 'I sent special items I want to ensure get home' rather than 'I missed delivery.' We coordinate the shipping; you pay the carrier directly.

We message you confirming delivery. If you reply 'I'm not there anymore,' we coordinate retrieval and re-routing as above. The hotel reception is reliable about holding bags — even after checkout, they typically hold guest items for 1-2 days at the front desk. The reliable backup: if you forgot to tell us about a flight change, the bag is probably still safe at hotel reception when you remember 24 hours later.

Yes — pay at booking by card or PayPal. Then if flight changes happen mid-process, the worst-case is we re-route delivery (which costs 100-200 THB extra coordination fee, but the wash is paid). For tourists with high travel-uncertainty (frequent flyers, business travelers, late-arriving tourists), prepayment removes a friction point. Standard payment is at delivery; prepayment is opt-in.

Tell us in advance: 'After day 5, contact my partner at +XX-XXX-XXXX' or 'After day 5, contact me by email only.' We use the backup contact. If you genuinely lose contact mid-process and we can't reach you for delivery: we hold the laundry at our centre for up to 7 days, then deliver to your last hotel reception. After 7 days, the items are donated to local charities. We never sell or discard belongings — but lost-and-not-recoverable cases beyond 7 days do happen. To prevent: leave us multiple ways to reach you.
