Can you handle our hotel / hostel / Airbnb laundry?

We work with boutique Bangkok hotels (10–80 rooms) on a guest-laundry referral model. The hotel front desk offers our service to guests, we pick up directly from the room, weigh and clean the order, then the guest pays us (Wise, PayPal, or Visa / Mastercard) before we deliver the clean laundry back. The hotel earns no commission on the guest charge — they get a free quality service that improves guest reviews. Volume hotels can also send their own linen / towel laundry to us at a bulk rate (120 THB / kg with daily pickup). We currently partner with ~12 boutique hotels in Sukhumvit, Sathorn, and Khao San areas.

Zero. We don't charge setup fees, retainer fees, or monthly minimums. Hotels we partner with provide: a flyer / printed card at the front desk (we design and print), a coat-hook or basket area in housekeeping for guest laundry to be staged, and a phone-number / WhatsApp contact for our dispatch. We provide: pickup and delivery, branded packaging that can include the hotel's logo if they want (white-label option), 24h turnaround, and a monthly review meeting. The hotel benefits from improved guest experience without marking up our prices to guests.

Yes — for hotels that want to offer 'in-house laundry' branded as theirs, we provide white-label packaging (their logo on bags, branded receipt cards) and act as the invisible operator. The hotel charges guests its own price (usually 1.5–2× ours) and pays us our wholesale rate. Minimum volume for white-label: 30 kg / week sustained. Most boutique hotels prefer the referral model (guest pays us directly) because white-label adds billing complexity for them. White-label makes sense for 4–5 star hotels and serviced apartments where the brand premium is the differentiator.

Hostels in Bangkok run on tight margins and our standard 200 THB / kg is too high for backpackers. We work with hostels at a partner rate of 80 THB / kg with 48h turnaround for guest laundry. The hostel marks it up to 100–120 THB / kg and charges guests at reception. We accept walk-in pickup at the hostel reception every morning and afternoon. Volume requirement: minimum 15 kg / week sustained. Currently partner with 4 hostels: Khao San, Pratunam, Silom Soi 4, and a co-living space in Phra Khanong.

We have a dedicated Airbnb host package: 350 THB per turnaround (queen sheet set + 2 pillowcases + 1 duvet cover + 4 pillow inserts every 3rd wash). Pickup and delivery to your unit, 24-hour turnaround, sealed sterile packaging. Volume bulk discount: book 5+ turnarounds / week and the rate drops to 280 THB. Standard B2B turnaround: 24 hours from pickup to delivery. Express B2B (premium fee, +50%): same-day delivery if booked before 11am. Hotel linen / towel bulk: 24–36h depending on volume. We commit in writing for B2B clients — if we miss the agreed turnaround by more than 4 hours, the order is free for that batch. Contracts include monthly volume estimates and a service-level penalty if we miss commitments more than twice in a quarter. We're a small operation (one centre, ~12 staff) so we cap total B2B contracts at a level we can reliably serve — we'd rather decline a contract than over-commit.
