How does laundry work for groups, friends, or multi-traveler trips?

Yes, recommended for cost efficiency. Combined 8 kg pickup (4 friends × 2 kg each) gets free pickup at our 8+ kg threshold = 1600 THB total ($45). Same load split into 4 separate pickups: 4 × (200 + 100) = 1200-1600 THB depending on individual sizes plus 4 pickup fees. The combined approach saves money. Practical issue: items get mixed at the centre, but we hand-fold and label each person's items separately at packing if you tell us 'this bag has Mary's items in this section, John's in that section.'

Three approaches. (1) One person pays the full amount, others Venmo/PayPal them later — simplest. (2) Pay separately at delivery — we can split the invoice if you tell us '4 separate cards, please.' (3) Pre-pay per-person via PayPal — each friend gets their own PayPal link. The simplest for tourists is option 1; we don't typically split bills at delivery because it slows down the rider. For larger groups (10+ people), pre-pay via PayPal per person works well.

Possible but adds coordination. The standard single-pickup model assumes one service tier for all bagged items. If one friend needs same-day express for their bag while others want standard turnaround, we can split — same-day items go through express processing, standard items go through standard processing, both deliver in the same delivery trip. Cost: same-day premium applies only to the same-day bag. Tell us which items are which at booking.

Bulk service for organized groups. School trips (15-30 students) coordinate via the trip leader: bulk pickup, central wash, bulk delivery to the group's hotel. Each student's items get individually folded and labeled. Pricing: bulk discount of 10-15% for groups of 15+. Coordination is one trip leader, not 30 individual bookings. The combining model is the default for couples — most just send 'one bag with both our laundry' and we handle hand-folding by gender or item type. Saves 100-200 THB and one less coordination step.

We coordinate multi-hotel pickup. Tell us at booking: 'pickup from Hotel A room 401 (Mary's bag) and Hotel B room 502 (John's bag) at the same time.' Our rider visits both hotels. Combined load gets washed at the centre; we deliver to both hotels in one delivery trip. No extra fee for multi-hotel pickup unless distance is significant (10+ km between hotels). For friend groups with split lodging, this works well.

Up to 30 people per single pickup (about 60-90 kg). Beyond 30 we split into 2 dispatch trips. For larger groups (100+ people), we coordinate over multiple days with daily pickup cycles. Practical limit: a single 60+ kg load takes 8+ hours to fully process at our scale; we'd recommend splitting across multiple days for groups of 50+.
