Can you deliver laundry to BTS or directly to the airport?

Jewel·Updated May 13, 2026·7 questions

Tourists checking out of their hotel at 11am but flying at 7pm have an awkward 8-hour gap. Carrying dirty laundry through this gap is annoying. We solve it: pickup before checkout, deliver clean laundry to where you actually are — BTS station or airport. Here's how.

Can you really deliver to a BTS station?

Yes — we run a 'BTS handoff' option for travelers without a fixed address. You pickup your fresh laundry from a designated BTS station (Asoke, Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Saphan Taksin) at an agreed time. Useful for: hostel-hopping backpackers, Airbnb guests changing apartments, Bangkok day-trippers from Pattaya / Hua Hin, and especially: tourists between hotel checkout and flight departure. Same per-kg rate, no pickup fee (you've traveled to us), 100 THB BTS-handoff coordination fee.

Can you deliver to Suvarnabhumi (BKK) airport?

Yes — Suvarnabhumi airport delivery: meet your rider at a designated airport coffee shop (typically Black Canyon Coffee on the departures level, gate-side), pickup your fresh laundry, walk to your gate. Logistics: rider needs at least 4 hours notice, must reach airport before 90 minutes prior to your flight. Cost: 200 THB airport coordination fee (vs 100 THB normal pickup). Don't try airport delivery within 3 hours of your flight — Bangkok traffic is unpredictable and we'd rather over-promise on time than risk a missed flight.

Don Mueang (DMK) airport too?

Yes — Don Mueang delivery works the same as Suvarnabhumi: agreed coffee shop on departures level (typically Café Amazon), 4-hour notice, must arrive 90+ minutes before flight. Cost: 200 THB coordination fee. Don Mueang is closer to central Bangkok than Suvarnabhumi, so logistically easier — riders reach DMK in 30-45 minutes from our centre versus 60-75 minutes for BKK. For early-morning flights, DMK becomes more straightforward.

What's the realistic flow for a checkout-to-flight tourist?

Sample flow: 11am hotel checkout, drop laundry bag at hotel reception (rider picks up by 12pm), 4pm laundry delivered to Asoke BTS coffee shop, you carry clean folded laundry to airport, 7pm flight. Total fee: standard wash + 100 THB BTS handoff = ~900 THB for 4 kg. Compare to: dragging dirty laundry to airport, paying $25 for airport laundry that won't deliver in time anyway. For the 8-hour-gap tourist, BTS handoff is the elegant solution.

Can I just leave my luggage at the BTS station?

Most BTS stations don't have luggage storage — that's not our service to provide. Suvarnabhumi airport does have luggage storage (Left Luggage at Level 1, ~500 THB/day for a large bag). Some Bangkok hotels offer 'day rooms' for 4-8 hours so you can shower and rest before evening flight (typical cost: 1500-3000 THB). For tourists traveling with multiple suitcases, a day room or airport storage handles the bag problem; our laundry handoff handles the dirty-laundry problem.

What about Bangkok arrival flights?

If you're arriving in Bangkok and need urgent laundry (you're transferring to Phuket tomorrow with no time for normal cycle), book pickup at the airport BEFORE you exit. Same handoff logic in reverse: you bag dirty laundry from your incoming flight, we collect at the airport coffee shop, deliver to your hotel (or airport coffee shop if you're transit) within 24h. Total cost: standard rate + 200 THB airport coordination fee. Useful for tourists transferring between Bangkok flights.

What about Pattaya / Hua Hin tourists driving back to Bangkok?

Yes — we coordinate handoffs at major Bangkok-side BTS stations for car-traveling tourists from Pattaya / Hua Hin. Drop laundry at the BTS station coffee shop, do your Bangkok afternoon, pickup clean laundry at the same station before driving back. Saves a hotel transfer when you're not staying overnight in Bangkok. The same 100 THB BTS-handoff coordination fee applies. We handle Asoke, Saphan Taksin, On Nut, Bang Na BTS handoffs daily.
