What does business laundry cost in Bangkok?
Commercial laundry in Bangkok is priced per kilogram, and our published rate is 100 THB per kilogram for wash and fold or 200 THB with ironing, with a 300 THB minimum. Collection and delivery is a flat 100 THB per trip, included for business accounts collecting from 30 kg a week upward. Same-day is available at double the standard rate when we collect before 2 PM. Dry cleaning and per-item work — chef whites, tablecloths, curtains, duvets — is priced per item from our published list. Every business quote is given against your real weekly volume and item mix before we collect anything, because a hotel sending 200 kg of flat linen and a café sending 15 kg of aprons are different jobs. There is no contract, no notice period and no setup fee, and every order is washed separately from every other customer's.

How much does hotel laundry cost per kilo in Bangkok?
Our published rate is 100 THB per kilogram for wash and fold and 200 THB with ironing, with a 300 THB minimum order. Business accounts are quoted against real weekly volume and item mix. Collection is a flat 100 THB per trip and is included from 30 kg a week upward.
Is there a minimum volume for business service?
No hard minimum. If you are sending laundry at least weekly it is worth quoting, and we will tell you honestly if our standard consumer pricing works out cheaper for you — for small volumes it sometimes does.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. There is no term, no notice period and no setup fee. Most businesses start with one collection, see the result, and keep the slot. You can pause it for a low season and pick it up again.
Can you collect daily, including weekends?
Yes. We run seven days a week and schedule around your operation — after a restaurant closes, after hotel checkout, or before a spa opens. Tell us the window and we will hold it.
How does invoicing work for a business account?
One consolidated invoice a month listing every collection, its weight and the items. Payment by bank transfer, Wise, or Visa and Mastercard. If you need a specific format for your accounting, ask before the first month and we will set it up.
Do you wash our linen with other customers' laundry?
Never. Every order is washed separately, business or not. It is the thing our consumer customers pick us for and it applies identically here.
What happens if something is lost or damaged?
Every order is checked at intake, after washing and at packing. If something goes wrong we tell you before you notice, document it with photographs, and settle it. We would rather lose the money than have you find out from a guest.
