Bangkok Laundry Pickup & Delivery

Three steps: (1) WhatsApp us your hotel name, room or condo number, and rough kg estimate — confirmation in minutes. (2) A rider arrives at your reception within 1–3 hours of booking. You don't need to be present; the front desk hands over the bag on your behalf. (3) We wash, dry, fold, and deliver back to the same reception 24 hours later in sealed protective packaging with a paper item tally. Pickup fee is a flat 100 THB (free at orders 500 THB+). Same-day available if booked before 2 PM with a 100% surcharge.

Yes — pickup AND delivery are free on orders over 500 THB. That's roughly any wash-and-fold load over 5 kg, or any combined wash + iron order over 2.5 kg. For smaller orders, we charge a flat 100 THB pickup fee. Some Bangkok services advertise 'free pickup' with hidden minimums or higher per-kg rates that absorb the cost — our pricing is transparent: 100 THB/kg wash + 100 THB pickup, free over 500 THB. No tier games, no surprise charges at delivery.

Direct same-day pickup zones: Sukhumvit (Soi 1–63), Asoke, Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai, Silom, Sathorn, Khao San / Banglamphu, Ratchada / Huai Khwang, Pratunam, Rama 9, Phra Khanong, Bang Na, Chatuchak. Next-day pickup zones (we batch-route once daily): On Nut, Bang Chak, Lat Phrao, Bang Sue, Thonburi side near BTS Krung Thonburi / Wongwian Yai, Ari, Saphan Khwai. Outside coverage: Don Mueang area, Bang Kapi east of Lat Phrao Soi 71, Min Buri, Lat Krabang, anything past Bang Na km 26.

Standard slot booking 10am–6pm: pickup within 2–4 hours of confirmation. Express same-day (booking before 11am): pickup within 60 minutes. Late-evening booking (after 7pm): pickup confirmed for 9–11am the next morning. Bangkok rush hour 4–7pm pushes everything later by 30–60 minutes. Songkran (April 13–15) and major Buddhist holidays: book 24h ahead, all slots run late. Monsoon thunderstorms (June–October afternoons): pickups can shift by 30–45 minutes when our riders avoid flooded sois.

Yes — almost always. About 90% of Bangkok hotels routinely accept guest laundry handoff at reception, no explicit request needed. Bangkok hotels — from $30/night Khao San hostels to luxury 5-star Sathorn properties — handle this routinely. You don't need to ask permission, just tell reception when checking in: 'a laundry service is coming for my dirty laundry around 4pm — they'll ask for [your name].' Reception holds the bag for you on return.

Our pickup hours are 9am–9pm seven days a week, including weekends and most public holidays. For genuine 24-hour laundry needs (e.g., 3am pre-flight emergency), Bangkok has 24-hour self-service laundromats at Aim's Wash, Speed Wash, and Coin Laundry chain locations near Sukhumvit Soi 22, Khao San Bunsiri Road, Asoke, and Silom Soi 4. For overnight pickup requests, we can occasionally accommodate via overnight processing with a 200 THB express fee — message us and we'll confirm.

Three tiers in Bangkok. (1) Walk-in shops: 60–80 THB/kg, no pickup — you carry laundry yourself. (2) Mid-range pickup-and-delivery: 100–160 THB/kg + 100 THB pickup fee. (3) Premium services like Jewel: 100 THB/kg wash + 100 THB pickup (free at 500+ THB), 200 THB/kg with iron, 24-hour turnaround, individual-load washing (no clothes mixed with strangers'). For a typical 5 kg tourist load, premium pickup totals 500–700 THB ($14–20) — significantly cheaper than hotel concierge laundry which runs 600–1500 THB/kg.

Pickup happens within 1–2 hours, processing 4–5 hours, delivery the same evening (6–9 PM). 100% surcharge applies — a 4 kg same-day load runs 800 THB instead of 400 THB standard. About 25% of our orders are same-day, mostly tourists with tight schedules. Same-day works best for orders under 5 kg in central Bangkok; larger loads or outer-zone addresses may push delivery to next morning.
