Can I get laundry pickup at my room (not just reception)?

Yes — door-pickup is available for mobility-limited travelers at no extra fee. Tell us at booking 'mobility limitation, please pick up at room door.' The rider goes directly to your hotel room (with elevator access), accepts the bag at the door. Standard pickup duration: 5 minutes. Standard hotels usually allow this; some luxury hotels prefer reception handoff but accommodate door pickup with explicit guest request. We've handled hundreds of door pickups for elderly and mobility-limited tourists without issue.

How do you handle delivery to the room?

Same as pickup — door delivery available. The rider knocks at your door, accepts payment (or confirms pre-paid), hands over the bag. Total interaction: 3-5 minutes. For mobility-limited tourists who prefer minimal door interaction, we can also coordinate with hotel staff to accept on your behalf — the bag stays at hotel reception until you're ready to retrieve, or hotel staff brings it to your room (depending on hotel policy). Most hotels accommodate either pattern.

What if my hotel doesn't have an accessible elevator?

Two options. (1) Hotel staff bring the laundry to your floor — most hotels routinely deliver luggage and laundry to upper floors; this is part of standard service. (2) Reception handoff — leave the bag at reception (you go down once for drop-off) and pickup later. For tourists at boutique hotels in old Bangkok buildings without elevators, option 2 is cleanest. We don't carry laundry up multiple flights of stairs; if elevator access is limited, hotel staff handle the interior transport.

Can I get help carrying laundry from my room?

Yes — most Bangkok hotels offer concierge/bell service that can collect laundry from your room and bring to the lobby. Tell hotel staff at check-in: 'I have laundry pickup tomorrow at 10am, please bring my bag to reception by 9:45am.' Most hotels accommodate without charge. For luxury hotels: ask the concierge to handle the entire coordination (they call us, schedule pickup, manage bag transport). Cost: usually included in the room rate or a small concierge fee (50-200 THB).

What about wheelchair-friendly service?

Identical to other tourists — our service doesn't require any specific accessibility coordination beyond door pickup. The rider comes to your room or reception, you don't need to physically move the laundry. For wheelchair users at hotels with accessibility issues (older Bangkok buildings without elevators), we coordinate with hotel staff to bring laundry between your floor and the rider. Standard pricing applies.

What if I need slower / extra-careful handling?

Tell us at booking. For tourists who need careful handling of items (medications stored with clothes, hearing aids, glasses cases), we apply: (1) item-by-item count at intake. (2) Photographs of each item. (3) Hand-folding by experienced staff (not new hires). (4) Double-rinsing to ensure no detergent residue. (5) Slow careful packaging vs rushed. No extra cost; we just apply more attentive handling. Most elderly customers receive this treatment by default; the explicit booking note ensures consistency.

Are there any limitations I should know?

Two practical considerations. (1) Pickup windows — we operate 9am-9pm; emergency overnight pickups aren't available. For tourists who need 24-hour urgent service, hotel concierge laundry might fit better. (2) Communication — coordination happens via WhatsApp text. For tourists less comfortable with smartphone messaging, ask hotel reception to coordinate on your behalf. Most hotels handle this routinely; we work with whoever is the point-of-contact, whether that's you, a family member, or hotel staff.
