What's included at 100 THB per kilogram
Our 100 THB/kg rate covers the complete wash-and-fold process from pickup to delivery: (1) Sorting by colour and fabric type (we separate whites, colours, delicates, towels, sheets). (2) Wash on the appropriate cycle for the load mix using eco-friendly, skin-safe detergent. (3) Drying — your choice of air-dry (gentle, 24-hour) or tumble-dry (faster, 12-hour). (4) Folding by hand — no crumpling. (5) Sealed in protective packaging for delivery. (6) Pickup and delivery to your hotel, condo, or office in central Bangkok at a flat 100 THB regardless of order size. (7) Communication — WhatsApp updates at pickup, weighing, and delivery. No minimum order weight.
What costs extra (and how much)
Extra services on top of the 100 THB/kg base: (1) Same-day express — 100% surcharge on the wash rate (book before 2 PM). (2) Wash + iron service — 200 THB/kg instead of 100 THB/kg (covers the additional pressing). (3) Sneakers cleaning — 250 THB per pair (separate from the kg rate, hand-washed). (4) Stain pre-treatment — included for visible stains; specialist stain (red wine, blood, ink) flagged at pickup is also free but may take longer. NOT charged extra: detergent, drying, folding, sealing, pickup, delivery, weight rounding. Our pricing is intentionally simple — quote a kg estimate, we confirm final after weighing.
How weight is measured
We weigh the dry, clean clothes at our laundry centre — not at pickup. Customers don't pay for water weight or any soaked items. The weight you're charged for is exactly what you'd weigh at home with a kitchen scale. Typical reference points: a single dress shirt is about 0.2-0.3 kg; jeans 0.5 kg; t-shirt 0.15 kg; underwear+socks for 5 days about 0.5 kg total; bed sheet set 1.5-2 kg; bath towel 0.4 kg. A typical traveller's 7-day load is 4-6 kg. We send a WhatsApp with the exact kg + price before processing — you can confirm or adjust before any work begins.
What we DON'T charge for (no hidden fees)
Things some Bangkok laundries charge extra for that we include for free: (1) Detergent — included, not optional like at some self-service laundromats. (2) Drying — both air dry and tumble dry at the same price, your choice. (3) Folding — our standard finish; no extra charge for 'folded' option. (4) Sealing — protective packaging included. (5) Pickup minimum — none, we'll come for any size order at the flat 100 THB. (6) Delivery distance — flat fee anywhere in central Bangkok. (7) Per-item charges — no shirt fee, no special-fabric fee, no jeans fee. (8) Returning rejected items — if we determine an item shouldn't be wet-cleaned, we return it uncharged.
Compared to other Bangkok services
How our 100 THB/kg compares: (1) Hotel laundry per-item: 1,500-3,000 THB for the same 5 kg load — our flat 500 THB is 60-80% cheaper. (2) Local shopfront 60-80 THB/kg: cheaper per kg but no pickup, manual drop-off and pickup, often shared-machine washing (your clothes mixed with other customers'). Total 'real cost' factoring time and quality is similar. (3) Premium pickup and delivery 100-150 THB/kg: comparable to us; difference is brand polish vs personal service. (4) Self-service laundromat 40-60 THB/load: cheapest but you do the work yourself. We sit at the 'premium pickup and delivery with personal service' price point — competitive with mainstream chains, individual-load policy as differentiator.
