These Terms govern your use of Laundry Service by Jewel ([LEGAL_NAME], registered at [REGISTERED_ADDRESS], company registration [DBD_NUMBER]) (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our laundry pickup, washing, ironing, and delivery services. By booking an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
We provide professional laundry services in Bangkok, including: wash and fold, wash with ironing, sneakers cleaning, and bedding cleaning. We pick up from your hotel, condo, residence, or office within our coverage area, process at our laundry centre, and deliver back to you.
2. Booking, pricing, and payment
- Pricing:per-kilogram for wash & fold and wash & iron; per-pair for sneakers; flat fee for pickup & delivery. Current rates shown on our pricing page.
- Final price: determined by weight measured at our laundry centre. We send a confirmation email with the final amount before delivery.
- Payment: via PayPal, PromptPay (Thai bank QR), bank transfer, or cash on delivery (subject to availability). Payment is due before delivery for new customers; established customers may pay on delivery.
- Currency:all prices in Thai Baht (THB). Foreign card payments are subject to your bank's conversion rate and fees.
3. Pickup and delivery
- We will collect your laundry at the agreed pickup time slot. Punctuality may be affected by traffic or unforeseen events; we will notify you of any delay via WhatsApp.
- For hotel pickups: leave the bag at reception or concierge with your room number clearly marked. You do not need to be present.
- For residence/condo pickups: be present at the agreed time, or provide access instructions (security desk, lock-box code, etc.).
- Standard turnaround: 24 hours from pickup. Same-day express available with a 100% surcharge if booked before 2 PM Bangkok time.
4. Customer obligations
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details, correct pickup address, and a valid email and phone number.
- Not submit items that are: prohibited by law; contaminated with biohazardous materials, blood, or human waste; carrying live insects or pests; valuable beyond reasonable household items (jewellery, electronics, important documents).
- Empty pockets and remove items from clothing before pickup. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged from inside pockets.
- Disclose any special care requirements (delicate fabrics, stain-treatment requests, allergy concerns) at pickup.
5. Liability for loss or damage
- We exercise reasonable care in handling your laundry but cannot guarantee perfect results, especially on items with unclear care labels, pre-existing damage, or unusual fabrics.
- For items lost or damaged by our negligence, our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the affected item, capped at [LOST_ITEM_CEILING] THB per item. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
- We are not liable for damage that results from defects in the garment, undisclosed care requirements, or normal wear and tear.
- Stains may not always be fully removable. We make best efforts but guarantee no specific outcome on stain treatment.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: orders may be cancelled free of charge before pickup. After pickup, partial refunds may apply if the service was not completed as agreed.
7. Communication consent
You agree to receive transactional communications (order confirmations, pickup/delivery updates, payment links) via email and, if you opt in, WhatsApp. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website (logo, text, photos, branding) is owned by [LEGAL_NAME] or its licensors and protected under Thai and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
9. Service availability
