Can you clean a suit before my Bangkok meeting tomorrow?
Yes — for unstructured modern suits (most fashion-brand and ready-to-wear pieces), our same-day express service collects in the morning and returns by evening, fully wet-cleaned and steam-pressed. The 100% surcharge applies on top of the standard 200 THB/kg wash + iron rate. Do you press shirts for hotel guests?
Shirt pressing is one of our most-requested services for business travellers. We collect from your hotel reception, wet-clean and steam-press shirts overnight, and return them hung in protective garment bags. 200 THB/kg covers wash + iron; a typical 5-shirt load weighs about 1 kg, so total roughly 200 THB plus 100 THB pickup. Same-day available before 2 PM Bangkok time.
What types of suits can you clean?
We professionally wet-clean: unstructured modern suits (most fashion-brand and contemporary ready-to-wear), fused construction (where the canvas is glued rather than hand-stitched), linen suits, light-weight wool blends, summer-weight cotton suits, and most blazers. We DON'T wet-clean: fully canvassed bespoke suits, structured tuxedos with internal canvas, vintage formal wear with delicate construction, or anything with heavy beading. How long does suit cleaning take?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from pickup. Same-day available if booked before 2 PM (100% surcharge). Bespoke / fully canvassed suits sent to a specialist (DryClinique, Snow White) typically take 2-5 days. We can coordinate the pickup and delivery to a specialist on your behalf for an additional 100 THB (same as our standard pickup fee) — useful for hotel guests without time to find a specialist themselves.
How much does shirt + suit cleaning cost?
Our wash + iron service is 200 THB per kilogram. Reference weights: dress shirt ≈ 0.2 kg, trousers ≈ 0.5 kg, suit jacket (unstructured) ≈ 0.8 kg, full unstructured two-piece suit ≈ 1.3 kg. So a 5-shirt week-long stay runs about 200 THB total wash + 100 THB pickup = 300 THB. A 5-day business trip with shirts + 1 suit + trousers runs about 600-800 THB. Compared to per-item Bangkok hotel laundry (typically 150-250 THB per shirt, 250-350 per jacket), our service saves 60-80% for the same volume.
Will my shirts come back hung or folded?
Your choice — let us know at pickup. Default for shirts is hung in protective garment bags so they're crease-free in transit and ready to wear straight from delivery. Trousers come back folded with creases pressed (or hung, your choice). Jackets always hung. Mention preferences when you message us on WhatsApp; we save the preference for repeat customers so future orders match automatically.
Can you remove sweat stains from collars?
Yes — collar yellowing from sweat is one of the most common pre-treatments we apply. We use enzyme-based stain remover before the wash cycle, focusing on collar, cuff, and underarm zones. For badly yellowed shirts, results improve over 2-3 cleanings as accumulated stain is gradually broken down. Set-in collar yellowing more than 6 months old may not fully clear — we'll tell you honestly at pickup.
