I'm in an Airbnb — can you still pick up laundry?

Yes — we do this every day. Approximately 30% of our pickups are from Airbnb-style apartments with no traditional reception. Three methods work: (1) Scheduled window — you tell us a 30-minute window when you'll be at the unit. (2) Door code pickup — you give us a guest building-entry code, we enter the lobby (not your unit), pickup from a designated bag-drop spot. (3) Lobby intercept — we WhatsApp 30 minutes ahead, you come down to meet the rider in the building lobby. The first two are most common; the third works for tourists who don't want to share a code.

You text us a one-time guest building entry code. The rider arrives at the time you specified, enters the building lobby using the code, finds your laundry bag at a designated spot (usually near the mailbox area or just inside the entry), takes the bag, leaves. The rider does NOT enter your specific apartment. You stay anonymous to the rider — they only have a code, not knowledge of which unit you're in. We've done this thousands of times across Sukhumvit and Sathorn condo buildings. The risk: minimal — the rider has no info to enter your unit.

Townhouse-style and low-rise properties: we work with you on a 'meet at the door' or 'bag on the porch' arrangement. For 'bag on the porch' to work, the porch needs to be off-street and not visible to passersby — Bangkok security in residential streets is generally good but unattended bags risk theft. Better: schedule a 15-minute window when you'll be home, hand over directly. Most Bangkok Airbnb townhouses have ground-floor common areas that accept laundry briefly.

Sometimes — depends on the host. About 40% of Bangkok Airbnb hosts will receive guest laundry as a courtesy (especially long-stay hosts who treat their property as serviced apartment). 60% don't because they don't live on-site. Ask your host directly: 'will you accept a laundry pickup on my behalf at 10am tomorrow?' Hosts who say yes simplify the coordination significantly. Hosts who say no — use scheduled window or door code methods.

No premium specifically for Airbnb pickup at our service — the pickup fee (100 THB standard zones, 150 THB outer zones) is the same whether the destination is a 5-star hotel or a $30/night Airbnb. The reason: the pickup time and rider effort are similar. Some Bangkok services charge an 'extra coordination fee' (50-100 THB) for Airbnb without front desk because of the time involved arranging meet-up — we don't. Our coordination is included in the standard pickup fee.
