At Laundry Service by Jewel, wash and fold starts at 100 THB per kilogram excluding socks and underwear, or 100 THB per kilogram for an all-inclusive wash. These rates include eco-friendly detergent, separate washing for each customer, professional folding, and packaging. Pickup and delivery across central Bangkok is available for a flat 100 THB fee. Our minimum order is 500 THB. There are no hidden fees, membership requirements, or surprise charges — you pay only for what you use.

Yes, our minimum order for laundry pickup and delivery in Bangkok is 500 THB. This ensures that the pickup and delivery logistics remain efficient and sustainable for both our customers and our team. Most regular customers easily meet this minimum with a standard weekly laundry load. If your load is smaller, you can combine multiple pickups or add services like ironing or sneakers cleaning to reach the minimum. Walk-in customers at our Huai Khwang location have no minimum order requirement — you can bring any amount for in-store service during our operating hours of 10 AM to 8 PM daily.

We accept Wise transfer, PayPal, and Visa/Mastercard. All payments are collected upon delivery — no prepayment or deposit is required when you book your pickup. This pay-on-delivery approach gives you peace of mind, as you can inspect your clean laundry before completing payment. We do not charge any additional processing fees regardless of which payment method you choose. For regular customers with recurring weekly orders, we can also arrange monthly invoicing for added convenience.

Express same-day laundry service carries a 100 percent surcharge on our standard rates. For example, wash and fold normally priced at 100 THB per kilogram becomes 160 THB per kilogram for same-day turnaround. To qualify for same-day delivery, you must schedule your pickup before 2 PM. Your clothes will be washed, dried, folded, and returned to you the same evening. Express service is available seven days a week across all our service areas in central Bangkok including Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, and surrounding neighborhoods.
