Our rider arrives at your reception, the front desk hands over your laundry bag (you can stay in your room or be out exploring — no need to wait), and we return the cleaned and folded clothes to the same reception 24 hours later. Most Bangkok hotels handle this routinely as part of standard concierge service.

Yes. We can wash and steam-press shirts, blouses, trousers, dresses, and formal wear to hotel-quality standards. Add our standalone ironing service (100 THB/kg) on top of wash and fold for the most polished result. Delicate fabrics like silk, cashmere, and wool are washed on the appropriate gentle cycles with care-label-correct temperatures. If a garment requires solvent-based dry cleaning (structured suits, evening gowns with embellishments), we'll honestly recommend a dedicated dry cleaner instead.
