How much cheaper is independent laundry vs Bangkok hotel laundry?
Typically 60–80% cheaper. Bangkok hotels charge per item: 150–300 THB per shirt, 200–350 THB per trousers, 100+ THB per pair of socks. A typical 5 kg traveller load runs 1,800–3,200 THB at hotel rates. The same volume with us is 500 THB total (5 kg × 100 THB/kg + 100 THB pickup). The price gap is the same across the entire Bangkok hotel market — luxury, mid-range, and budget hotels all run on per-item pricing.
Can you pick up from my hotel reception?
Yes — that's exactly how most of our hotel-guest customers use the service. You message us your hotel name and address on WhatsApp. We confirm pickup time. Our rider arrives at your reception, the front desk hands over your laundry bag (you can stay in your room or be out exploring — no need to wait), and we return the cleaned and folded clothes to the same reception 24 hours later. Most Bangkok hotels handle this routinely as part of standard concierge service.
Will my hotel object to me using an outside laundry service?
No. Bangkok hotels accept third-party deliveries on behalf of guests as standard concierge service — same as accepting a Lazada package, a food delivery, or a Grab parcel. Some 5-star properties may discreetly suggest their in-house service first, but they won't refuse to accept your bag. What's the fastest turnaround for hotel guests?
Same-day express: book before noon, pickup by 1 PM, delivered to your hotel reception the same evening (typically 6–9 PM). 100% surcharge applies — so a 5 kg same-day load is 1,000 THB instead of 500 THB. Even with the surcharge, it's still significantly cheaper than equivalent hotel express service. Standard 24-hour turnaround is the most common option and works well for stays of 3+ nights.
Do you handle hotel-quality items like business shirts and dresses?
Yes. We can wash and steam-press shirts, blouses, trousers, dresses, and formal wear to hotel-quality standards. Add our standalone ironing service (100 THB/kg) on top of wash and fold for the most polished result. Delicate fabrics like silk, cashmere, and wool are washed on the appropriate gentle cycles with care-label-correct temperatures. If a garment requires solvent-based dry cleaning (structured suits, evening gowns with embellishments), we'll honestly recommend a dedicated dry cleaner instead.
