Wash + iron at 200 THB per kilogram
Our wash + iron service combines our standard wet cleaning (100 THB/kg) with professional steam pressing (additional 100 THB/kg for the labour). Total: 200 THB per kilogram. Includes: sorting by colour and fabric, wash on appropriate cycle, drying (air or tumble — your choice), commercial steam pressing for all garments, hanging in protective garment bags for shirts and jackets, folding for trousers and casual items, sealed delivery to your hotel or condo. No per-item charges, no minimum order, no hidden fees.
Reference weights and per-shirt cost
Reference weights for budget planning: dress shirt ≈ 0.2 kg, polo shirt ≈ 0.18 kg, t-shirt ≈ 0.15 kg, trousers ≈ 0.5 kg, jeans ≈ 0.6 kg, suit jacket (unstructured) ≈ 0.8 kg, full unstructured two-piece suit ≈ 1.3 kg. Per-shirt cost at 200 THB/kg: ~30-40 THB. Per-trouser: ~80-100 THB. Per-suit-jacket: ~150-180 THB. For a 5-shirt + 2-trouser business trip, total weight ~1.5 kg = 300 THB wash+iron + 100 THB pickup = 400 THB total. Significantly cheaper than per-item hotel pressing.
Standard vs hand-finished pressing
Our default is commercial steam press — produces consistent results suitable for business meetings and everyday formal wear. For premium occasions, we offer hand-finished pressing at +50 THB per shirt: hand-handling of the collar (sharp inverted V crease), cuff (military fold), and front placket (no iron-shine on dark fabrics). The difference: standard press takes 15-30 seconds per shirt and produces shop-quality finish. Hand-finished press takes 2-3 minutes per shirt and produces luxury-hotel-quality finish. Worth it for VIP meetings, photo shoots, formal events. WhatsApp 'hand-finished' before booking to flag.
What's NOT included (and what to flag)
NOT charged extra but flag at pickup: (1) Stain pre-treatment (collar yellowing, sweat marks, food stains) — included for visible stains. (2) Special-fabric handling (silk, cashmere) — handled on appropriate cycle automatically; flag if you want photo confirmation before processing. (3) Delicate items requiring hand-press (silk shirts, fragile linings) — included if disclosed at pickup. (4) Buttons replaced or sewn back (uncommon — flag if you have items missing buttons). NOT INCLUDED at this rate: (1) Tailoring or alterations (separate service). (2) Sole repair on shoes (shoe care is 250 THB/pair, see /shoe-cleaning-bangkok). (3) Wedding dress cleaning and preservation (our in-house specialty service, see /wedding-dress-cleaning-bangkok).
Same-day option for tight schedules
Same-day express adds 100% surcharge: 400 THB/kg instead of 200 THB/kg. Worth it for: business meeting tomorrow morning that requires today-evening pickup; arrived in Bangkok and need to look presentable for evening dinner; last-minute formal event where 'fine' isn't fine. Standard turnaround on wash+iron is 24 hours, so plan ahead when possible. Same-day deadline: book before 2 PM Bangkok time, returns by 5-9 PM the same evening. Most business travelers don't need same-day; standard turnaround works for arriving in Bangkok 1-2 days before the meeting and sending immediately.
