We price every rug by custom quote rather than a fixed list, because cost depends on size, material and condition — a small synthetic mat is very different from a large wool or silk Persian rug. How does your carpet cleaning process work?
First we inspect the rug to identify the fibre and any problem areas. Yes. Wool, silk, viscose and hand-knotted Persian and Oriental rugs all need gentler, fibre-specific care, and we clean them by hand in-house — controlled moisture, dye-safe agents and flat drying to protect the pile, colours and weave. Can you remove stains and odours from rugs?
In most cases, yes. We treat common stains — spills, pet accidents, mud and Bangkok rainy-season marks — and deodorise to lift smells trapped deep in the pile. Do you collect and deliver rugs?
