What's the latest I can book and still get same-day return?

2pm is the cut-off: book before 2pm and your laundry comes back the same evening, typically 6-9pm. A morning booking is the sweet spot — comfortable, reliable, with the most margin. Bookings close to 2pm still qualify, but delivery tends to land later in the evening. Booking after 2pm for same-day: not guaranteed, we'd offer 'next morning' as backup.

Tiny loads (1-2 items) go through the same wash cycle as a 4 kg load, so the same 2pm cut-off applies. The catch: our minimum order is 300 THB (otherwise pickup cost dominates). For just 1-2 items, hotel concierge or in-room hand-wash often beats us on cost. We're best for 3+ kg loads.
