I fly tomorrow morning — can I get clean clothes today?

Book pickup before 2pm for same-day return, typically delivered 6-9pm. The math: the rider collects shortly after you book, then about 4-5 hours of active processing — wash, dry, hand-fold and pack — before the evening delivery window. You receive clean folded laundry the same evening. Plenty of time to pack for an early morning flight. Cost: 30% express premium over standard rate. This is the pattern for ~25% of our orders.

Yes, as long as you book before 2pm — that is our same-day cut-off. The later you book, the later in the evening your laundry tends to arrive, so a booking close to 2pm can land towards 9-10pm. After 2pm, same-day becomes difficult — wash and dry cycles can't reliably finish before our 10pm delivery cutoff. For 'I need it tonight' bookings made after 2pm, the alternative: 24-hour standard turnaround means delivery 24h later (e.g., 4pm tomorrow), which works for most flights at 6pm or later.

5pm booking with morning flight: same-day return won't make it. Two backup plans: (1) Hotel concierge laundry — they can sometimes turn around in 4-6 hours at premium pricing (1500-3000 THB for a small load). (2) Skip professional laundry — pack as-is for the flight, do laundry at your destination. (3) Quick hand-wash specific items in your hotel sink (only for items that will dry overnight in air conditioning — cotton t-shirts yes, jeans no). The 'send-it-tonight, fly-tomorrow' window closes at 2pm — book before then.

Same-day works fine. Book before 2pm, deliver by 6-9pm, pack by midnight. The 6-9pm delivery window stresses departures from 9pm-11pm onwards but is comfortable for early-morning departures or any time the next day. For 6pm-flight passengers booked at 11am: laundry delivers by 5-6pm, you may be at airport already (we coordinate BTS/airport handoff for free) — see our BTS/airport handoff article for that flow.

Two options: (1) Drop laundry at hotel reception in the early morning before leaving, even if pickup is hours later. The bag waits at reception, rider picks up at 11am-1pm window. (2) Schedule pickup for a later morning slot (say 1pm) but accept the same-day return becomes 7-8pm rather than 5-6pm. Most tourists prefer option 1 — reception holds the bag, rider picks up while you're sightseeing, return by evening before you go out for dinner.

Hotel express laundry is genuinely faster (4-6 hours possible) but premium-priced. The math: 4 kg of laundry at our same-day rate = 800 THB + 200 express premium = 1000 THB total. Same load at hotel express = 4000-6000 THB. Hotel express pays 4-6× our rate. For absolute time-pressure (flight in 4 hours, want clean clothes), hotel express might be the only option. For 9-10 hour windows (flight in the morning, book in the morning), our same-day at 30% premium is much cheaper.

Yes — see our BTS/airport handoff article. Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) airport delivery: meet your rider at a designated airport coffee shop, pickup your fresh laundry, walk to your gate. We charge a 200 THB airport coordination fee (vs normal pickup & delivery from 85 THB both ways). Logistics: rider needs at least 4 hours notice, must reach airport before 90 minutes prior to your flight. Useful for tourists who checked out of their hotel at 11am but fly at 7pm — rather than carrying dirty laundry through the day, send it for cleaning and meet the clean clothes at the airport.
