What's involved in premium bag cleaning
Our premium bag service typically includes: (1) Inspection by our specialist who identifies leather type, hardware finish, and any damage. (2) Hardware wrapping to prevent cleaning agent contact. (3) Spot-treatment of any visible stains (multiple passes). (4) Surface cleaning with material-appropriate cleaner. (5) Leather conditioning (separate process for each leather type). (6) Edge inspection and treatment. (7) Hardware polishing — separate from leather work. (8) Interior cleaning. (9) Shape preservation during drying (paper inserts). (10) Final inspection. The whole process takes 10-21 days for standard cleaning, longer for restoration work. The hand-handling at each stage justifies the premium pricing tier.

Cleaning brings a bag back to fresh condition — restoration brings it back further to near-new condition. Authentication note
We clean any premium bag presented but do NOT authenticate. For pre-purchase authentication of vintage or pre-owned designer bags, use specialised authentication services (Real Authentication, Authenticate First, Entrupy in your home country). Authentication is separate from cleaning. If you're sending an inherited or gifted designer bag for cleaning, our specialist will note any authenticity-affecting features (stitching, hardware stamps, lining) but won't issue authentication certificates. For owners concerned about authenticity, authenticate first, then clean — cleaning preserves authenticity-relevant patina but doesn't create it.

We collect and deliver premium designer bags and clean them in-house. Process: WhatsApp photos and details, we collect from your hotel, our team cleans and conditions the bag in-house, and we deliver it back to your hotel when ready.
